After several requests and much thought on the topic, I have decided to allow vendors to advertise on the site. I will never accept an advertiser that I do not feel is beneficial to my community of readers. (I got your back!) Many of these vendors will be companies I have a relationship with and feel I can recommend, however some by default may not be vendors that I use personally. In order to comply with FTC regulations, I need to make sure that you, my sweet readers, know a few things.
- If a vendor offers it, I use affiliate links when linking to products or services that I feel are awesome. While I may not use all of my advertisers, you will NEVER see me use an affiliate link for something I don’t personally use and love. My links may be to marketing services, books, camera equipment, etc. These will all be for products that I feel I can personally recommend.
- The side bar displays ads for both affiliates and for businesses that have paid advertising on the site.
- I do not receive direct payments for reviews of products or services. I do, however, receive affiliate compensation for some of the products when possible. (It’s just smart business sense, and if you have an avenue to do it, do it!)
Please feel free to always ask me questions . . . especially if you are interested in making a purchase of something I have reviewed and sung my praises about. While I can’t guarantee you will love what I love (so you should also do your own research), I am always happy to share my experiences with a product so you have one more piece of information in making your decision.
So there you have it . . . it all boils down to I’ll still only share what I love and believe in for my reviews and some spectacular vendors are going to share their info on this blog. Have a great day!
